Raising funds in a campaign is unfortunately essential. There are many people and groups out there that believe without donations you are not a viable, serious candidate. Though I strongly disagree with that notion, that is the business. For me asking for hard earned dollars of people gives me the same cringe I had as a child going door to door selling holiday wrapping paper or chocolates. Here I am though, like that kid knocking on the door, asking for your support. I appreciate any amount and I apologize for the invasive questions one has to answer to donate.
